I was told before I moved back to Madison County that I would not find what I was looking for in the current market. Those people obviously hadn't met John. His guidance on what to buy and what not to buy in the current market was invaluable. Once we found a proverbial needle in a haystack (a ready to move in new build, at a great price), John really stepped up his game and helped me to not only know what offer to make but also when to make it. His assistance didn't stop with the offer being accepted. He immediately began guiding me in how to find appliances and other items that were on backorder by recommending places he had seen his other clients get them. When I asked about people to put in a fence, blinds and some other odds and ends, he quickly gave recommendations and followed up to make sure they did a good job. BTW, he sold my mom's house and helped my sister buy and sell two of her homes. We absolutely could not recommend anyone more than we would recommend John Brooks.
