I still remember in 2016 walking buyers through one of Legacy Homes’ first neighborhoods, Applewood, in Madison, Alabama, when I was working on-site with this builder. Even then, they were setting a new standard for square footage, affordability, and livable layouts. When I worked on site in the Applewood community for Legacy Homes, this was the series we offered at that time and customers really loved the three-car garages as well as the spacing in these homes.
